EaseMyPrompt.ai — Acceptable Use & Safety Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use and Safety Policy ("Policy") governs how users of EaseMyPrompt.ai may interact with the platform, the marketplace, and the Derek AI assistant. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.

2. Permitted Uses

The platform may be used for:

• Creating, buying, and selling legitimate AI prompts for personal, educational, or commercial purposes

• Generating content for lawful business, creative, or productivity purposes

• Exploring and experimenting with AI prompt engineering techniques

3. Prohibited Content

Users must not create, upload, distribute, or sell prompts that:

• Generate, facilitate, or encourage illegal activity under Indian or international law

• Produce hate speech, incitement to violence, or content targeting individuals based on religion, caste, race, gender, sexuality, or disability

• Generate sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic content

• Facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — zero tolerance, immediately reported to NCMEC and Indian law enforcement

• Spread disinformation, fake news, or election-related manipulation

• Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party

• Produce spam, phishing content, or social engineering scripts

• Generate malware, exploit code, or cybersecurity attack tools

• Defame, harass, stalk, or threaten any individual

• Violate the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989

4. AI Assistant (Derek) Specific Rules

When interacting with Derek, you must not:

• Attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or circumvent safety filters

• Use Derek to impersonate a real person or generate deepfake-adjacent content

• Request prompts designed to extract or leak sensitive data

• Use Derek outputs to deceive, defraud, or harm others

5. Enforcement

We employ a combination of automated content moderation, user reports, and human review. Violations will result in:

• Content removal without prior notice

• Account warning (first offence, non-severe)

• Temporary suspension (repeat or moderate violations)

• Permanent ban (severe violations or illegal content)

• Referral to Indian law enforcement where legally required

6. Reporting Violations

Report any violations of this policy to legal@easemyprompt.ai. We investigate all reports and aim to respond within 24–48 hours for urgent safety issues and within 7 business days for other reports.

7. Appeals

If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal within 30 days by contacting our Grievance Officer. Appeals are reviewed by a separate team not involved in the original decision.

8. Compliance with Indian Law

This Policy operates in conjunction with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We publish this policy publicly, act on complaints within prescribed timeframes, and cooperate with government authorities as required by law.
