EaseMyPrompt.ai — Deployment Safety Policy

1. Scope

This Deployment Safety Policy governs how EaseMyPrompt.ai and the Derek AI assistant are deployed, accessed, and integrated by users, developers, and enterprise customers of EaseMyPrompt.ai, a product of Derek AI Labs.

2. API and Integration Safety

For users and developers accessing our services via API or integration:

• API keys must be kept confidential and not embedded in client-side code

• Rate limits are enforced to prevent abuse and ensure service availability for all users

• API outputs must be reviewed before being surfaced to end users in any downstream product

• Developers integrating our API are responsible for implementing appropriate safety measures in their own products

• Reselling or white-labelling the API requires explicit written agreement with the Company

3. Enterprise Deployment

Enterprise customers deploying our services internally must:

• Appoint an internal AI safety officer responsible for deployment oversight

• Conduct a data protection impact assessment (DPIA) for large-scale deployments

• Ensure employees using the platform are trained on appropriate use

• Report any safety incidents to us within 48 hours of discovery

• Agree to periodic safety audits as a condition of enterprise licensing

4. Data Handling in Deployment

When deploying our services:

• Do not input personal data of third parties into Derek without appropriate legal basis and consent

• Do not use the platform to process sensitive personal data (as defined by SPDI Rules) at scale without a Data Processing Agreement

• Ensure any data sent to our platform is appropriately anonymised or pseudonymised where possible

• Do not use outputs from our platform as the sole basis for decisions that significantly affect individuals

5. Prohibited Deployment Contexts

Our services must not be deployed in contexts where failure could cause serious harm, including:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment recommendation without qualified oversight

• Legal advice as a substitute for qualified legal counsel

• Financial advice as a substitute for regulated financial advisors

• Child-facing applications without additional safety measures

• Law enforcement or surveillance applications

• Autonomous weapons or defence systems

6. Monitoring and Audit

We reserve the right to monitor API usage for safety compliance. Deployments that repeatedly trigger safety violations will be suspended. Enterprise customers agree to cooperate with safety audits upon request.

7. Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a safety vulnerability in our deployment, please report it responsibly to legal@easemyprompt.ai. We commit to: acknowledging receipt within 48 hours, investigating and responding within 14 days, and not pursuing legal action against good-faith security researchers.
